Our Process
Step 1: The first meeting (zoom session) – Review.
Our journey together starts with a detailed conversation about your business, goals, challenges, and hopes. This important step gives us a chance to learn about your business’s specific needs so we can make sure our planning session fits them.
Within 5 business days of our meeting, you will get a report called “Review Findings”. This detailed report summarises the review session, providing valuable information and suggestions to enhance your business operations effectively; also, it will help you stay on track and reach your business goals during the planning phase that comes next.
Step 2: Set goals and plan how to reach them – Planning.
We’ll set up another one-hour Zoom meeting to discuss the results of the review and identify which areas require more investigation and if there are any projects you would like to start working on. With my knowledge and experience, I can help you come up with a strategic plan to reach your business goals.
After our planning meeting, you’ll get a detailed report with customised strategies and projects to help you reach your 90-day business goals. These goals will encompass various aspects of your business, including operations, marketing, team management, and more.
Step 3: Check-ins at 30/60/90 Days.
To ensure the smooth implementation of your plan, we will schedule three 30-minute check-in sessions at: 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days.
These check-ins are designed to assess progress, address any challenges or modifications needed, and also to ensure alignment with your set goals; therefore, the check-in dates will be mutually agreed upon during our planning Zoom meeting to keep your business on track towards success.
